Courtyard Hot Pot

Here at Jing’s we have created a courtyard eating experience you will never forget. A traditional Chinese hot pot or Chinese fondue that boasts a history of more than 1,000 years. At the center of this meal, and the dining table, is a simmering copper pot of stock, with hot coals at its center. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients, such as thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, and noodles, are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Our Chef will guide you through this truly unique culinary experience, and our staff will offer you a range of dipping sauces, and condiments.
